Privacy Policy
tools2apps builds small, focused utility apps. The default for everything we ship is: collect nothing, store locally, ask before doing anything else.
1. Scope
This policy covers tools2apps.eu and our apps as a group. Each app also has its own privacy page that says exactly what that app does, because the answer is usually different (most do nothing; some need a feature that requires data).
2. The website
tools2apps.eu is a static site. It does not use cookies, set local storage, run analytics, or track you. We host it on Netlify, which keeps standard server access logs (IP, request URL, timestamp) for security purposes. We do not access those logs except to investigate abuse.
3. Apps — general rule
Most of our apps are local-only utilities that store everything on your device and send nothing to any server. When an app needs cloud functionality (sync, backup, push notifications), it asks first and the app's own privacy page describes exactly what is sent and why.
4. Email
If you email us (support@tools2apps.eu, legal@tools2apps.eu, apps@tools2apps.eu), we receive your email address and message contents. We use these only to respond to you and keep the message thread for our records. We do not add you to any marketing list.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete any personal data we hold about you, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Most of the time we hold nothing — but if you've emailed us and want your thread deleted, just ask.
