Terms of Use
These terms apply to the tools2apps.eu website and to the apps we publish, except where an app's own terms say otherwise.
1. The website
The site is provided for information about our apps. You may browse and link to it freely. Content (text, layout, source) is © tools2apps and provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
2. The apps
Each app is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use through Google Play or the App Store, subject to the store's own terms and the app's own terms page.
3. No warranty
Everything we publish is provided "as is". While we work hard to make our apps useful and accurate, we make no guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Always double-check critical outputs before relying on them — especially before getting a tattoo, engraving a ring, or making any other permanent decision.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tools2apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our apps.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our apps or the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt the service, scrape at high rates, or reverse engineer our apps beyond what local law permits.
- Impersonate tools2apps or claim affiliation without permission.
6. Changes
We may update these terms when something changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current revision.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
