How do I report a bug?

Email support@tools2apps.eu with the app name, your phone model and OS version, and a short description (or screenshot) of what went wrong. We read every message.

Can I request a feature?

Yes. Email us at support@tools2apps.eu with "Feature request — [app name]" in the subject. Each app stays deliberately small, but we read every suggestion and queue what fits.

Why doesn't the app need internet?

Almost everything we ship runs fully offline. We avoid networking on principle — it makes the apps faster, more private, and easier to trust.

Do you collect my data?

No. Most apps collect zero personal data. The few that may need cloud features (sync, backup) will explicitly ask before doing anything. Each app has its own privacy page.

Can I get a refund?

For paid apps or in-app purchases, refund requests go through Google Play or the App Store — they handle the payment, not us. Email us if support is dragging and we'll help advocate.

Will more apps come out?

Yes. The plan is 50 utility apps in the first year. Each one ships when it's actually ready, not on a schedule. Email apps@tools2apps.eu to be notified.
